Alexandria College Housing

Move in is August 24, 2025 at 3 pm - No early arrivals are permitted. 

Move out is May 15, 2025 by 5 pm - No extensions will be permitted.

We have a maintenance person that is in charge of doing monthly inspections. The main point of contact for any situation is our admin, Nicki, in the office. 

Pots, Pans, Utensils, plates and furniture. 

Bedding, towels, cleaning supplies and any personal items.

Bedding sizes are as follows

Lakeside - 2 Queen Beds in the main floor rooms, 1 full bed in the loft

Creekside & Lakeview - 2 full size beds

All utilities are included in rent. 

1 Vehicle parking spot near residence is included for each renter.

Internet access is available through Garden Ville Cooperative. Wifi cost is approximately $29.99 for 30 days and is billed individually. When you arrive at the resort - you will be able to login directly from their website and sign up for access. 

No, we currently do not have laundry facilities on site. There is a laundry facility in town.

Hours of operation are 5:45 am to 10 pm Daily - Open 7 days a week. 

It is next to the Pizza Hut. 

Visitors are allowed on property but must not occupy residence. All visitors must be gone prior to 10 pm. No overnight visitors are allowed.

Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am everyday. The resort is open year round and we must adhere to these to preserve the experience of our resort. Quiet hours are observed by insuring all tenants are particularly respectful. This policy insures we do not have unnecessary or excessive noise that other tenants might hear.

Management will inspect property monthly for damage and cleanliness. You will be notified of inspection no less than 24 hours in advance. If any issues arise, tenants will be notified as well as their guarantor via email. 

Trash must be bagged and then can be placed in the large dumpster at the end of the driveway. Trash pickup day is Friday.
